KPPF participates in implementation of state programs aimed at supporting non-resource sectors of the economy, such as the State Program of Industrial-Innovative Development, the Business Roadmap, State Program for Development of the Agro-Industrial Complex. 

The company prepares investment projects at an early stage of development in the form of co-financing and development of pre-project documentation for their subsequent implementation with involvement of both private and public investments.   

 

In 2021, financial closure was implemented for project “Construction of a plant for three-dimensional blocks production with a capacity of 15,000 blocks per year” with an investment amount of KZT 14.94 billion. The Fund provided services for development of the project business plan and secured signing of an agreement with the Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC on a credit line opening.

Implementation of this project will help stimulate the construction of not only residential complexes, but also schools, hospitals, kindergartens and other social infrastructure facilities. The company will introduce innovative technologies of industrial-modular construction, which in turn will affect the cost of housing, making it more accessible to every citizen of Kazakhstan.

 

In addition, consulting services were provided this year for development of a business plan for the investment project construction of hotel complex in Aktau. As part of this project support in the Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC, KPPF provided comprehensive assistance in obtaining indicative terms for financing the project. 

Construction of the hotel complex will create about 140 permanent jobs, increase additional tourist flow, attracting tourists not only from Kazakhstan, but also from neighboring countries, thereby ensuring socio-economic development of the region. It is planned that the construction work on hotel complex will be fully completed by 2022.

Currently, KPPF's activities are aimed at supporting projects and attracting investments in priority sectors of the economy, such as the agro-industrial complex, renewable energy sources, metallurgy, etc., the implementation of which will contribute to the sustainable development of the national economy.
